Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich aged amber with coppery highlights and honey-gold undertones, a warm, antique glow.

Nose

An inviting bouquet of warm malt and honeyed barley, with vanilla cream, orchard fruit and a lift of citrus zest. Subtle wax and polished oak mingle with a whisper of coastal brine and dried apricot. A touch of spice adds depth, yielding a refined, storied aroma that hints at a venerable past.

Palate

Silky, malt-forward palate with creamy vanilla, honeyed citrus and faint orchard fruits. Subtle oak and gentle spice emerge mid-palate, while a touch of almond and sea-salt tang lends a clean, buoyant finish.

Finish

Long, refined finish with gentle malt sweetness and warm oak; a ribbon of spice lingers, slowly fading into a quiet, memorable glow.
