Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with sun-kissed honey hues and a touch of copper.

Nose

Fresh malt and Golden honey rise from the glass, mingling with bright citrus peel and orchard fruit. Subtle toffee and vanilla drift through toasted oak, while a delicate sherry sweetness adds depth and a whisper of spice.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, the palate reveals dried fruit, raisin and fig, brightened by orange zest. Sherry influence brings cocoa, toffee and toasted almond, weaving with vanilla and warm spice. A long, refined finish with oak, subtle sweetness and a gentle peppery glow.

Finish

A sustained, elegant finish of toasted oak, gentle malt sweetness, and citrus zest, with hints of dried fruit and spice that slowly fades to a warm, polished glow.
