Colour
Rich amber with a warm copper glow and mahogany-hued edges.
Nose
Beneath the dome of glass unfolds a lush perfume of dried fig and plum, caramelized toffee and vanilla. Subtle orange zest, cinnamon and toasted oak mingles with malt, lending a velvety, old-library warmth and a whisper of cocoa.
Palate
Silky palate with creamy malt and bright orchard fruit, coaxed along by hints of vanilla and toasted oak. Subtle spice and a whisper of dried fruit lend a refined sweetness, finishing long with gentle warmth and a soft nutty bite.
Finish
Long, refined finish echoing toasted oak and soft malt, with ripe dried-fruit notes of fig and raisin and a subtle sherry warmth. A gentle kiss of spice lifts the sweetness, leaving a warm, honeyed echo that lingers gracefully.
