Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold shimmer and a warm mahogany edge.

Nose

Rich dried fruits—raisin and fig—lead into velvety sherry sweetness, with dark cocoa, toffee, and toasted oak. A whisper of vanilla and spice lingers, delivering a polished, sophisticated aroma.

Palate

Silky, medium-full on the palate with a rounded mouthfeel. Rich dark fruit—fig and raisin—meet caramel and toffee, lifted by almond and cocoa. Sherry-influenced warmth brings dried fruit sweetness and spice—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg. Plush oak lingers into a long, refined finish with hints of leather and toasted cacao.

Finish

Long, refined finish bathed in sherry sweetness: dried fig and raisin mingle with cocoa, almond and toasted oak, lifted by subtle spice. The warmth lingers gracefully, fading to a softly drying, elegant finale.
