Tasting Notes
Colour
A gleaming spectrum of golds—from pale straw to sunlit honey, deepening into warm amber with caramel-bronze glints.
Nose
Inviting, layered Speyside aroma: honeyed malt, vanilla cream, orchard fruits, almond and citrus zest, with a gentle touch of oak and a whisper of sherry sweetness. Elegant, approachable, and finely balanced.
Palate
Silky and fruit-forward on the palate, with creamy vanilla, honey, and orchard fruits (apple, pear) balanced by light malt and a whisper of citrus zest. Subtle spice and gentle oak provide structure, finishing with warm caramel and a clean, lingering malt.
Finish
Long and refined, this finish coats the palate with honeyed malt and orchard fruit, tempered by a whisper of sherry oak. Vanilla warmth and gentle spice linger, slowly fading to a soft almond and dried-fruit echo.
