A premium aged, single-island rum from the Philippines, Don Papa Rum is created on the foothills of the active volcano Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugar cane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses.

- 10 year old Rum 43% ABV

Distilled from some of the most beautiful sugar canes in the world Don Papa comes first 10 years in oak barrels at the foot of Mount Kanlaon before being mixed to perfection. Negros West is and has always been the sugar capital of the Philippines.

- Sherry Cask Matured Rum 45% ABV

First aged in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, before being finished in four different types of sherry casks: Palo Cortado, Fino, Cream and Pedro Ximenez. The resulting blend offers a delightfully dry, almost nutty nose with a rich, fruity taste and a wonderfully smooth finish.
