Colour

Golden amber with warm honey and bronze highlights, a sunlit, inviting glow.

Nose

Opulent sherry-kissed aroma with dark dried fruits—raisin, fig, date—laced with honeyed vanilla, toffee and orange zest. Spices drift through cinnamon and nutmeg, a whisper of clove and toasted almond, all riding a warm oak backbone with a refined, slightly leathery undercurrent.

Palate

Silky and balanced on the palate, with orchard fruit and dried plum, a gentle sherry sweetness, and toasted oak. Creamy vanilla and spice drift into cocoa and almond, finishing with a refined, lingering warmth.

Finish

Long, elegant finish with sherry warmth that lingers. Dried fruit, cocoa and nutty notes unfold, while oak and vanilla sign off with silky sweetness. A gentle spice ribbon threads through, leaving a refined, polished aftertaste that stays with you.
