Colour

Waxen, honeyed and orchard-fruity, the nose opens with ripe pear and apple beneath a veil of toffee and malt. Sherry depth unfurls as dried fig and raisin, with orange zest, almond and vanilla weaving through polished oak and a subtle spice, inviting a richer, velvety aroma.

Palate

Powerful, full-bodied palate with lush sherried sweetness and a rancio edge. Dark fruits—raisins, fig, blackberry—lie under glossy toffee and chocolate. Orange zest flickers through the mid-palate, with warm spice—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg. The texture is opulent and oily, delivering a long, warming finish of oak and leather.

Finish

Long, refined finish with sherry-kissed fruit and polished oak. Dried orange and fig melt into dark chocolate, toffee, and almond, while spice threads through. A warm, velvety fade lingers as a soft ember, leaving cocoa-nutty sweetness and a whisper of oak.
