The Cotswold Distillery is Birmingham's closest distillery. They won't have their whisky ready until 2017, however in the mean time they have produced this rather spectacular Gin. It is produced in very small batches of 7000-8000 bottles and they are only on their second batch! The Gin is a London dry style using wheat spirit and a unique mix of botanicals including the local Cotswold lavender, bay leaf, fresh grapefruit and the integeral juniper, coriander and angelica root.
