Tasting notes: fresh basil, beautifully balanced with fragrant lemongrass and aromatic clove creates a bright, herbaceous gin.

Cooper King
Cooper King was founded in 2016 by Chris Jaume and Dr Abbie Neilson in Sutton-on-the-Forest, north of York. The distillery grew out of their travels in Tasmania, where small-scale whisky making left a lasting impression, and they returned to Yorkshire to build their own distillery from the ground up. The name comes from Charles Cooper King, Chris Jaume’s great-great-grandfather, whose family history and Yorkshire links helped shape the brand’s identity.
