Stirling Gin is a classic London Dry style gin produced with a carefully selected range of botanicals including juniper, angelica root, orange peel, lemon peel, basil and hand-foraged nettles from Stirlingshire. The result is a bright and refreshing gin with vibrant citrus notes balanced by earthy herbal character and traditional juniper spice. The nettles add a subtle green freshness that lifts the overall profile. Best served over ice with a slice of orange and Mediterranean tonic.
