Made from 100% floor-malted Maris Otter barley, this new-make spirit is double-distilled in Cooper Kings unique 900-litre Tasmanian copper pot stil in Yorkshire.
Tasting notes: plenty of fruit on the nose, with hazelnuts and a rich maltiness on the palate.

Cooper King was founded in 2016 by Chris Jaume and Dr Abbie Neilson in Sutton-on-the-Forest, north of York. The distillery grew out of their travels in Tasmania, where small-scale whisky making left a lasting impression, and they returned to Yorkshire to build their own distillery from the ground up. The name comes from Charles Cooper King, Chris Jaume’s great-great-grandfather, whose family history and Yorkshire links helped shape the brand’s identity.
