Nose

Aromas of peat smoke and maritime brine rise from the glass, tempered by vanilla and caramel from bourbon cask aging. Toasted oak, lemon zest and a hint of honeyed orchard fruit lend brightness, while seaweed, iodine, and a trace of charred wood weave a coastal, smoky depth.
