Aromas of dried fig and plum with raisins, lifted by orange zest. Toasted malt and vanilla mingle with sherry‑cask sweetness, hints of cocoa and spice, and a touch of oak. The result is a warm, fruit‑driven bouquet that promises the whiskey’s rich, smooth character.
Palate
Velvety and richly fruity, with toasted malt and a creamy sweetness. Dark orchard fruits mingle with dried fig and raisin from the sherry cask, while vanilla from the bourbon cask and a subtle spice linger. Full-bodied, smooth, and long on the finish.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish with oaken warmth and sherried sweetness underpinning ripe plum and dried fruit, layered with orange zest, cocoa, and toasted almond. Silky and persistent, it fades to a soft caramel-spice glow that lingers warmly on the palate.
