Sweet and creamy, vanilla custard crowned with crushed meringue and zesty lemon curd. Fresh-cut grass mingles with seaside notes—seaweed, brine and sea salt—while a light peat smoke envelopes the aroma throughout.
Palate
Candied lime and lemon glow over stewed pear and currants; velvety milk chocolate ebbs into leather undertones with a touch of liquorice.
Finish
Long, silky finish that lingers with refined woody notes, tobacco spice, and the ember-soft glow of a fading bonfire.
