The distillery was built as a full working spirits site rather than a single-category operation. Its still room includes five copper pot stills and two copper column stills made by Arnold Holstein in Germany, with three pot stills used for Irish whiskey, two for gin, and the column stills for vodka. The best-known name to come from the site is Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, alongside Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey and Sausage Tree Pure Irish Vodka.
