The latest release from The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, Ireland, is a super-premium vodka made with the fruit of the Kigelia Africana, or sausage tree, known as the sausage tree - because the fruit looks like sausages! Using Irish grain vodka, Irish nettles and fruit from the sausage tree, this is a smooth, subtly fruity vodka perfect for sipping, or for making cocktails.

The Shed Distillery was founded in Drumshanbo, County Leitrim, by PJ and Denise Rigney in 2014. The first whiskey was laid down on 21 December 2014, bringing distilling back to Connacht after more than 101 years and giving the western province its first new whiskey distillery in more than a century.
