From The Shed Distillery, Drumshanbo Gunpwder Ceramic Gin is a floral and citrussy led gin bottled in its iconic blue glass miniature bottle An Irish gin from made with juniper, angelica, orris, caraway, coriander, meadowsweet, cardamom and star anise as well as vapour infused oriental lemon and lime, fresh grapefruit and gunpowder tea! It's produced at The Shed distillery, who are also making their own Irish pot still and single malt whiskeys.

Bright juniper leads a luminous citrus chorus—oriental lemon and lime, sunlit grapefruit—against a floral backdrop of meadowsweet, angelica and orris. Spices of coriander, cardamom and caraway weave warmth, while a whisper of gunpowder tea adds a subtle smoky lift, finishing with crisp, herbal freshness.
Palate
Juniper-led with bright citrus and floral lift; lemon, lime and grapefruit zest mingle with delicate florals. Mid-palate reveals coriander, cardamom and angelica, a whisper of meadowsweet and a subtle spice echoing gunpowder tea. Crisp, silky texture, dry and polished, delivering a long finish of citrus and herbaceous brightness.
Finish
