Tasting Notes

Nose

Coastal peat smoke blooms with bright citrus zest and honeyed vanilla. Salted caramel sweetness and soft malt mingle with a whisper of iodine, sea spray, and minerals—a refined maritime perfume that remains elegant, balanced, and gently smoky.

Palate

Delicate peat smoke coils with sea-salt and lemon zest, then soft vanilla and honey sweetness rise. Sherry influence lends dried fig and raisin, woven with cocoa and toasted oak. Medium-bodied and velvety, the mouthfeel carries a balanced peat finish—gentle yet persistent—with a briny, coastal lift lingering long after the sip.

Finish

Long, coastal finish with gentle peat smoke and sea-salt minerality. Bright citrus zest and honey unfold, while vanilla and oak return in a refined, warming echo, leaving a soft, resinous sweetness that lingers.
