Rich amber with copper-gold highlights and a warm, honeyed glow.

Nose

A deep, inviting nose of nutmeg and spices, with dry vanilla blooming in harmony with honey, lifted by caramel and corn.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied on the palate, vanilla and caramel lead with honeyed corn in support. Nutmeg and baking spices weave through the mid-palate, accented by toasted oak. A creamy sweetness persists into a medium-length finish, where corn and lingering spice echo and fade gracefully.

Finish

Medium finish of returning corn and nutmeg, leaving a clean, warm spice echo that lingers with quiet sweetness.

Lee, who named it after Colonel Albert B. Blanton, a former distillery president.
