Cocoa and espresso deepen the aroma, while a maritime saltiness and sea-air lift the bouquet. At 55% ABV, spices shimmer, leaving a bold, refined, coastal fragrance.

Palate

Full-bodied and warming, the palate opens with assertive peat smoke balanced by rich sherry sweetness. Dried fruits—raisins and fig—accent orange zest, toffee and dark chocolate, while warm spices (cinnamon and clove) mesh with vanilla oak. A subtle maritime saltiness threads through to a long, lingering finish.
