Rich dried fruit and orange zest rise from the glass, braided with toffee, almond and malt. Sherry maturation adds fig and raisin sweetness, warmed by spice, kissed with oak and a hint of dark chocolate for a lush, inviting nose.
Palate
Full-bodied and warming, this Ben Nevis delivers a rich malt backbone with sherry-darkened fruit. Prunes, fig and raisin mingle with toasted oak, cocoa and a touch of spice, all wrapped in a velvety mouthfeel. The 50% ABV adds a confident warmth that lingers into a long, refined finish.
Finish
Long, sherried finish with a warm glow that lingers over dried fruit, cocoa and toasted almond. Spices unfold slowly—cinnamon and clove—drifting through velvet oak and fading to a satisfying, lingering warmth.
