Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with a warm, coppery glow.

Nose

Ripe dried fruits—fig, prune and raisin—lead the aroma, braided with toasted oak and vanilla. Sherry-soft sweetness hints at caramel, toffee and cocoa, while almond adds a nutty nuance. A delicate citrus zest and spice lift lingers, inviting a refined, warm finish.

Palate

Silky and balanced on the palate, with honeyed fruit and almond notes underscored by citrus zest. Sherry-matured depth brings raisins and dark plum, followed by cocoa, vanilla, and a measured kiss of spice—ginger and cinnamon. Creamy oak supports a medium body, tapering to a long, refined finish.

Finish

Long, silky finish carrying orchard fruit and dried raisin, edged with cocoa and vanilla. Subtle oak spice warms the palate, while a gentle sherry-nutted sweetness lingers, fading to honeyed, refined warmth.
