An innovative and exciting Kentucky Bourbon from Angel's Envy. This whisky has an initial maturation in new American oak barrels to create a classic straight Bourbon with flavours and aromas of corn, caramel, vanilla, and sweet wood spice. The whisky has then been finished for 3 - 6 months in old Port barrels, imparting juicy red fruit flavours that really make this whiskey stand out from the crowd. Satisfying and complex, yet very approachable, Angel's Envy is a sought after whiskey that lives up to the hype.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Rich vanilla and caramel lift warm corn sweetness, while toasted new American oak and soft spice frame the aroma. The Port finish adds lush red fruit—ripe strawberry, cherry and plum—woven with subtle berry jam and a wine-kissed depth.

Palate

Silky, medium- to full-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Caramel and vanilla lead, underpinned by corn sweetness and soft oak spice. The Port finish injects juicy red fruit—cherry, raspberry, and a hint of plum—bringing brightness and depth. Finish is long and warm, with vanilla and a gentle spice resonance.
