Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a hint of mahogany.
Nose
Ripe orchard fruits mingle with honeyed vanilla and toasted almond, rising from polished oak. Sherry cask influence threads through with raisin and fig sweetness, a kiss of cocoa and warming spice, yielding a nutty, caramel-tinged impression that invites the first sip.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied on the palate, with honeyed sweetness coating the tongue. Orange zest, pear, and dried fig unfold over almond and vanilla, underpinned by polished oak. A touch of sherry influence adds depth, while gentle spice and citrus linger.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish with sherry-driven sweetness and a gentle, lingering warmth. Dried plum and fig coat dark chocolate and orange zest, while cinnamon and nutmeg drift through toasted oak. The 50% ABV frames the finale, leaving a refined, spicy echo that slowly fades into velvety, oak-kissed air.
