Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with mahogany depth and coppery highlights.

Nose

Rich, velvety aroma of raisin and fig drenched in sherry, layered with toasted almond, dark chocolate, and caramel. Subtle oak spices—cinnamon and clove—rise over a whisper of leather and tobacco, with a gentle vanilla-cream sweetness lingering.

Palate

Silky and sherried, with raisiny sweetness that unveils fig and prune, framed by toffee and warm caramel. Cocoa, almond and subtle oak spice mingle, giving a creamy, mouth-filling texture. Medium-full and refined, the finish lingers with nutty notes and a gentle hint of oak.

Finish

Velvety, mellow finish of vanilla and toffee, opening to dried fruit and gentle oak spice. A soft note of cocoa and almond lingers, with warm length that coats the palate long after the final sip.
