Colour

Rich golden-amber with a coppery gloss and a hint of mahogany.

Nose

Rich and inviting, the nose unfolds with dried plum and red berry fruit, layered with toffee, vanilla and a supple sherried sweetness. Hints of orange zest, cocoa, and toasted oak drift through, mingling with a delicate spice and a whisper of almond.

Palate

Silky, light- to medium-bodied with a gentle, creamy sweetness. Dried-fruit notes of raisin and fig mingle with vanilla, toffee and a hint of orange zest. Subtle sherry influence adds warm spice and cocoa nibs, while soft oak provides subtle structure. A clean, lingering finish of caramelized sugar and gentle spice.
