Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep burnished gold with copper-tinged edges and a warm amber glow.
Nose
Toasted marshmallows and sugared almonds mingle with runny honey on vanilla-sugar waffles, hints of toffee apple, custard Danish pastries, and a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Palate
Silky white chocolate bonbons weave with sugared almonds as creamy vanillin oak coats the tongue. Waxy citrus notes swirl with tangy brightness, and a charred orange rind lingers, delivering a warm, softly spiced finish.
Finish
Marzipan, toasted vanilla, orange curd, apple crumble dusted with brown sugar and cinnamon, creamy oak on a very pleasing and softly spicy finish.
