Opulent sherry perfume with dried fruits—raisin, fig and plum—interwoven with orange zest. Caramel, vanilla and honey glow beneath toasted oak, while a wispy spice of cinnamon and nutmeg lends intrigue; a gentle almond note threads through, finishing with cocoa hints.

Palate

Silky and balanced on the palate, honeyed orchard fruit mingles with a subtle sherry depth behind toasted oak. Spices emerge gracefully, caramel and vanilla weave through, and a light cocoa grip carries to a long, warm, refined finish with a delicate almond note.

Finish

Silky and enduring, this finish unfolds slowly with cocoa nibs, dried fig and almond from the sherry influence, softened by orange zest. A gentle spice breeze remains, framed by toasted oak and a velvet warmth that lingers long after the swallow.
