Colour
Light mahogany.
Nose
Immersive and comforting, the nose opens to treacle tart and stem ginger, braided with soaked raisins and sultanas. Hints of orange rind brighten the rich sweetness, while a touch of ground cinnamon folds through, hinting at Sherry-aged oak.
Palate
Soft and rich, with flavours of dark chocolate coated ginger with dates and dried apricots, balanced with oak and the sweetness of vanilla.
Finish
Lingering with dried fruits, ginger and oak.
