Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with honeyed warmth and a subtle copper glow, gleaming like autumn sunset.
Nose
Opulent sherry on the nose, layers of dark fruit—raisin and fig—brightened by orange zest. Toasted almond, vanilla and toffee mingle with polished oak, finishing with a gentle spice.
Palate
Silky on the palate, this sherried blend unfurls honeyed malt with dried cherry and fig, supported by raisin, toffee and a whisper of oak. Medium-full body, subtle tobacco and cocoa add depth, while warm spice lingers into a long, refined finish.
Finish
Long, dignified finish with sherried sweetness giving way to dried fig and raisin, veiled in dark chocolate and mocha spice. Oak warmth lingers gracefully, velvety and refined, fading to a soft, persistent glow that invites another sip.
