Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold shimmer and a mahogany edge.

Nose

Caramel, vanilla and toffee lead the nose, softly wrapped around dried fig and raisin. Bright orange zest lends citrus lift, while a hint of sherry depth adds complexity. Subtle spice—nutmeg and cinnamon—along with polished oak creates a warm, inviting aroma with a gentle liqueur-sweet glow from a bygone era.

Palate

Silky, sherried sweetness coats the palate with dark plum, fig and prune, layered over creamy toffee and walnut. Cocoa and orange zest lift the mid-palate, while subtle spice and oak deliver a warm, lingering finish.

Finish

Long and velvety, with liqueur-like sweetness and sherried warmth. Dried fruit, orange zest and subtle spice linger, wrapped in creamy oak for a soft, warming finish.
