Something Special 18 Year Old is an aged blended Scotch whisky that brings added refinement and complexity to this classic house style. Matured for at least 18 years in oak casks and bottled at around 40% ABV, it combines malt and grain whiskies selected for depth and balance.
Longer cask ageing brings richer oak-driven character, gentle spice, dried fruit and honeyed malt sweetness, layered with subtle citrus and soft vanilla. The result is a smooth, rounded blend with a well-integrated profile that retains approachable balance while offering added maturity and nuance compared with standard blended expressions. It works well neat, with a splash of water or over ice.
