Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with warm honeyed copper highlights.

Nose

Rich, inviting nose: toasted almond and vanilla mingle with caramelized orange and raisin from sherry. Subtle oak spice of cinnamon and clove, with hints of smoke and dark chocolate, ending in walnut sweetness.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, this blend coats the palate with dark fruit and fig, a raisin-sweet core woven with caramel and vanilla. Sherry-cask influence adds hints of cocoa, orange zest and toasted almond, balanced by gentle spice and oak that linger into a refined, warming finish.

Finish

Long, refined finish with sherry-softened fruit and warm oak. Dried fig and raisin mingle with cocoa and gentle spice, warming through the palate before a lasting caramel glaze fades to an elegant, lingering glow.
