Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep coppery amber with honey-gold highlights.

Nose

Sherry-kissed and inviting, the nose opens to dried plum and fig mingling with raisin and orange marmalade. Dark chocolate and almond ground the aroma, while spice, cedar and a whisper of leather glide over velvety toffee sweetness and warm oak.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, the palate opens with raisin and fig sweetness, braided with dark chocolate, toffee and roasted hazelnuts. Spices of cinnamon and nutmeg mingle with a gentle oak and sherry-inflected warmth, finishing balanced and long with dried fruit, espresso kiss and a touch of cocoa.

Finish

Long, refined finish with a soft sherry sweetness, dried fruit, and cocoa notes. Gentle spice and oak linger, weaving a warm, velvety fade that remains on the palate with a comforting glow.
