100% single pot distilled rum, aged with a perfect balance of spices to complement the Cornish rum.

Works well in a simple rum and coke – but we enjoy it with a good ginger ale and a squeeze of fresh lime.

Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with coppery depth and warm honey-gold highlights.

Nose

Warm vanilla and caramel rise to the fore, crowned with baking spices—cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. Hints of orange zest and zingy ginger brighten the aroma, while a gentle coastal sweetness threads through, hinting at Cornish shores.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, this spiced rum delivers warm vanilla and caramel with treacle depth. Cinnamon, clove and nutmeg weave through bright ginger, creating a balanced spice that gently uplifts the palate. A soft, peppery warmth holds through a long finish, where citrus zest and a faint smoky edge linger.

Finish

Warm, lingering spice coats the palate, vanilla and caramel underpinning toasted notes. Ginger and clove rise on the finish, bright lime zest cutting through as the tail fades to a clean, balanced, inviting end.
