Inspired by the salty air and stormy seas that crash against the coastline of Cornwall. Made using a blend of botanicals found along the coast, and seaweed from the shoreline.
As this is quite a peppery gin, it works really well as a simple G&T – served with premium Indian tonic water and a slice of lemon. Try serving with a little dried sea spaghetti in a high ball for a different taste.

Colour
Crystal-clear and pristine, like sunlit sea glass, utterly transparent with a delicate, cool luminance in the light.
Nose
Bracing sea-breeze with coastal botanicals and a peppery bite. Juniper anchors the aroma as citrus zest lifts through, while tidal iodine and seaweed lend a briny, mineral spine, tempered by hints of coastal herbs.
Palate
Pepper-forward and brisk, with a saline sea-spray note and mineral backbone. Coastal botanicals and juniper mingle with a whisper of seaweed, delivering savory depth, while a citrus lift keeps the mid-palate lively. The finish is clean, momentarily briny, and finished with a refined peppery kick.
Finish
Long and peppery, the finish unfurls with a saline breeze and a whisper of seaweed brine, then fades to bright citrus rind and crisp mineral juniper.
