As this is balanced Navy strength gin, it works really well in cocktails- served with premium Indian tonic water and a slice of lemon.

Briny sea breeze mingles with coastal botanicals and seaweed, delivering a saline, mineral lift. Juniper and citrus punctuate the aroma, imparting brisk maritime freshness that recalls the open shore.
Palate
Bold and briny on the palate, with sea-salt and mineral bite. Juniper and coastal botanicals deliver resinous pine, lemon zest and herbaceous notes, with a whisper of seaweed umami. Navy-strength warmth brings a peppery edge, then a long, dry finish brushed by saline citrus.
Finish
Saline, sea-kissed finish with a mineral bite and a whisper of seaweed that lingers on the palate. Juniper and citrus weave through a warm, elongated finale, echoing the Cornish coast and the gin’s navy-strength warmth.
