Rhum J.M
Rhum J.M is a historic Martinique rhum agricole producer based at Fonds-Préville in Macouba, at the foot of Mount Pelée. Established in 1845, the distillery makes AOC Martinique rhum agricole from fresh estate-grown sugar cane juice rather than molasses, with cane fields located close to the distillery so the crop can be pressed quickly after harvest.
