Crafted by infusing the distillery’s pure sugar-cane juice spirit with a bespoke blend of Créole spices inspired by Caribbean flavour traditions.

The base agricole rum brings bright, grassy and tropical cane character, while the spice infusion adds warm notes of cinnamon, clove, allspice, nutmeg and hints of citrus peel, creating a vibrant, aromatic profile with a rich and balanced palate.

Rhum J.M is a historic Martinique rhum agricole producer based at Fonds-Préville in Macouba, at the foot of Mount Pelée. Established in 1845, the distillery makes AOC Martinique rhum agricole from fresh estate-grown sugar cane juice rather than molasses, with cane fields located close to the distillery so the crop can be pressed quickly after harvest.
