Chairman’s Reserve The Forgotten Casks is an extra-aged sipping rum crafted to mimic rum found in the original forgotten casks of Chairman’s Reserve, which were preserved from St. Lucia Distillers horrific fire on 2nd May 2007.

An intense nose of sweet raisins, cigar tobacco, amber honey and vanilla. A warm palate offers grilled tropical fruit and candied walnuts rounded with soft spices that persist throughout a long wonderful finish.

Chairman’s Reserve was created in 1999 by Laurie Barnard, the then chairman of Saint Lucia Distillers. The distillery itself was formed in 1972, when the island’s last two operating distilleries, one at Dennery and one at Roseau, were merged into a single company based in the Roseau Valley.
