Quiquiriqui Mezcals are all single palenque, handcrafted spirits, produced in Mexico. Established in 2012, they partner directly with families who have been producing traditional Mezcals in their communities for generations.

Quiquiriqui products are made to order in small batches at the Mendez family palenque in Santiago Matatlan. They only use fully mature agave plants to make mezcals, which the family grow themselves or are grown in partnership with farmers across Oaxaca.

Flavour Profile

Smoked, earthy and mineral with wild herbal depth. Roasted Tepeztate agave yields peppery spice, citrus zest, and subtle olive and cacao notes. The palate stays dry and resinous, finishing long with smoky embers and a saline mineral lift.
