Quiquiriqui Mezcals are all single palenque, handcrafted spirits, produced in Mexico. Established in 2012, they partner directly with families who have been producing traditional Mezcals in their communities for generations.
Quiquiriqui products are made to order in small batches at the Mendez family palenque in Santiago Matatlan. They only use fully mature agave plants to make mezcals, which the family grow themselves or are grown in partnership with farmers across Oaxaca.
Agave Type: Tepeztate, Cuishe, Espadin.
A blend of equal amounts of the 3 agave varietals.

Flavour Profile
An elegant, multi-dimensional ensamble that pairs floral Tepeztate with earthy Cuishe and bright Espadin into a softly smoky, mineral-laden profile. The palate delivers roasted agave sweetness, citrus zest, green herb notes and peppery spice, all wrapped in balanced smoke with a dry, earthy finish and a subtle resin echo.
