Traditional production methods include underground roasting, tahona crushing, wild yeast fermentation in wooden vats and double distillation in copper pot stills. Expect a characterful mezcal style with roasted agave, citrus, pepper, earthiness, light smoke and savoury depth, making QuiQuiRiQui well suited to sipping neat, serving with a simple garnish or using in premium mezcal cocktails.
