Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with sunlit honey hues and a soft copper glow.

Nose

Opulent sherried bouquet with dark fruit richness—raisin, fig and orange zest drift over toasted oak. Vanilla, toffee and caramel weave through nuanced spice, with hints of cocoa and leather. A warm, velvety nose that promises complexity and a refined, lingering sweetness.

Palate

Silky entry of caramel and dried fig, evolving into velvety oak with walnut and praline. Spices—cinnamon and clove—weave through the mid-palate, while sherry influence deepens with raisin and cherry notes. The finish is long and warm, framed by cocoa, espresso, and a refined touch of oak.

Finish

Long, velvety finish with a gentle sherry kiss: dried fruit, toffee and dark chocolate unfold over toasted oak, while orange zest adds a bright, refined edge. Nutty notes linger, fading into warm spice and a soft, lasting sweetness on the palate.
