Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden honey with warm amber edges.

Nose

Fresh barley and bright citrus rise from the glass, carried by biscuity malt. Subtle herbal whispers and a delicate spice nuance weave through the grain, leaving an inviting, clean aroma.

Palate

Waxy citrus and biscuit dough lead the palate, balanced by herbal barley and a clean, medium-bodied frame. Peppery oak threads through, with sharpened notes of ground ginger, fresh melon and a whisper of vermouth that lingers.

Finish

Bright white pepper leads the finish, with grassy barley and ginger spice giving a crisp, peppery lift, then a playful note of wine gums and biscuit dough that linger softly, leaving a clean, dry afterglow.
