Colour
Pale gold with a bright straw sheen, kissed by honey and a whisper of amber.
Nose
Floral and inviting, with orange blossom and elderflower opening to sun-kissed orchard fruit—green apple and pear—lifted by a bright lemon zest. Creamy vanilla and almond biscuit add depth to soft malt, while a delicate sherry hint brings dried apricot and toasted almond, finishing with honeyed sweetness and a subtle spice.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied, the palate reveals Rosebank-inspired honeyed orchard fruit, green apple and a lift of citrus blossom. Waxy floral notes mingle with subtle sherry softness, while almond and light oak spice provide quiet depth. The finish glides cleanly, with a refined sweetness and a lingering, elegant fruit core.
Finish
An elegant, long finish that lingers with floral orchard fruit and honey, slowly warmed by sherry notes. Dried citrus, almond and a whisper of spice fade into a refined, creamy oak, leaving a delicate, lasting glow.
