This limited edition of Old Perth whisky is fully matured in sherry casks. Matured in a combination of Pedro Ximenez Sherry Hogsheads and Butts has resulted in a whisky packed full of flavour with a velvety texture - rich notes of stewed fruits, sherry-soaked prunes and dark chocolate on the palate.

Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with rich mahogany hues and a glossy chestnut glow.

Nose

An opulent nose of Pedro Ximénez sherry through-and-through: stewed prune and raisin fruits, dark plum, fig, and cocoa, edged with toffee and a whisper of toasted oak.

Palate

Velvety and full-bodied, the palate unfolds with stewed fruits, sherry-soaked prunes and dark chocolate, wrapped in luxurious cacao sweetness. Rich fruit, subtle oak spice and a warming, lasting finish.

Finish

Long and velvety, the finish bathes the palate in sherry-soaked sweetness. Prune and raisin linger, unfolding into dark chocolate and cocoa, with a warm, lingering spice that slowly fades to a refined, oaken glow.
