Tasting Notes
Colour
Warm golden amber with honeyed copper highlights, a sunlit spectrum of gilded hues across the miniatures.
Nose
An elegant bouquet of malt and oak, with polished cereal sweetness, honey, and vanilla. Dried apricot and fig mingle with almond and toffee, while a quiet sherry lift lends depth. Subtle spice follows, and a faint wisp of smoke threads through the aroma, leaving a balanced, inviting impression of a curated mix of single malts and blends.
Palate
An inviting mosaic of flavors across the eight drams: orchard fruit and vanilla on the first sip, unfolding into toffee, nutty notes and a whisper of dried fruit. Sherry-influenced sweetness glints beside gentle spice, while creamy vanilla and oak weave through the mid-palate. Smooth and balanced at 40%, the finish returns with warm caramel, subtle cocoa, and a refined, lingering oak.
Finish
An elegant, lingering finish that unfolds with quiet warmth. Spiced orchard fruit gives way to a gentle sherry sweetness, softly varnished oak, and a cocoa-dark glow. The spectrum broadens into a refined velvet fade, leaving a memory of sweet richness and subtle smoke that lingers gracefully across the eight-strong collection.
