Burnt citrus peel and sea salt mingle with bonfire smoke, while nectarine syrup and limemarmalade glow sweetly in the background. Subtle hay bales, coal bunker and oilyshed lend earthy, industrial depth—an intrigue of smoke, citrus and coastal warmth.
Palate
Puffed rice and homemade rice pudding form a creamy base, threaded with white chocolate. Bright lime pickle adds zing, while Chantilly cream and Viennetta ice cream swirl through the middle, finishing with Ferrero Rocher richness. A whisper of hessian earth and smoked praline, with burning heather lending a warm, resinous finish.
Finish
Long, creamy finish that lets citrus zest drift away into a soft smoke. Praline, white chocolate and vanilla linger like dessert on the palate, with whispers of Chantilly cream, heather and a touch of sea-salt fading into the warmth.
